Bhim Bahadur Muktan
Bhim Bahadur Muktan is a researcher and development practitioner. His major areas of work include livelihoods improvement, enterprise development, WASH, Private sector engagement and social inclusion. He received Master’s degree in Sociology from Tribhuvan University, Nepal and PhD research scholar of Singhania University, Rajasthan, India. He has diversified substantial experience of working more than 20+ years in different projects with inclusive agriculture, micro enterprises, occupational skills, value chains and marketing, WASH, GESI and Governance. Hands-on experience in capacity building of provincial government, local government, NGOs and CBOs on institutional development and good governance. Strong ability to manage, design and evaluate the projects. He has a strong communication, negotiation, and representation skill including M&E and research.
Dr. Mukta Singh Lama
Mukta Singh Lama is an anthropologist affiliated with the Department of Anthropology, Tribhuvan University. His major areas of work include indigenous people’s issues, history and identity, participation, human rights and social inclusion. He received his doctoral degree from Cornell University, New York. He has also served as Visiting Fellow at Jawaharlal Nehru University and Goldsmiths’ College, University of London. Dr. Lama has authored and contributed to numerous publications, articles, and books on topics such as social inclusion, minority groups, and the preservation of indigenous knowledge. He is recognized for his commitment to using anthropological insights to advocate for marginalized communities.


Gopinee Lama
Ms. Gopinee Lama is educational and operational practitioner. Her experience includes teaching, tourism and operations. She served with number of private institutions. She is graduate in Management from Tribhuvan University, Nepal.
